Batting
Dalkey batted first with Nigel Martin and Pierce Butler opening. Nigel scored a tidy 20 (off 17 balls) and Pierce was  bowled in the 3rd over by North Wicklow's Kavanagh for 4. Bruce Hill batted at three and scored 19 off 13 balls before being bowled by Joyce in the 7th over with the total on 51. Dave Ingram (1 4 4 1 1 1 . .  1 . 4 . . . 1), Dave Lee (1 1 4 1 .  . 1 . 1 6 4 . . 1) and Richard Corkin ( 1 . 1 . 4 1 . . 4 1 1 1 . . . 1 . 1 4 . 1. .1 1)  all scored 20+ to bring Dalkey's total to 110 for 6 after 12 overs. Stewart Reay was out after scoring 12 valuable runs with Patrick Wilshere and Robert Pocock not out at the end of the innings for 2 runs each. Dalkey reached a total 134 which included 11 extras ( 1 no ball, 7 wides and 3 byes) 

Fielding
North Wicklow were not able to reach Dalkey Archives total in spite of some fine batting by Man of The Match for North Wicklow, Peter Saville who brought them close.
